The company was established in 1998 by the existing managing director

Mr Vince P Tyrrell with a part-time multi-skilled co-operative workforce

with the aim of supplying a One Stop Shop for all building &

landscaping requirements for the domestic, industrial, commercial &

public sector, and the most complete and versatile property maintenance

company covering all trades and completing all work to the highest of standards

with as minimal disruption to the customer as possible.

TODAY

The company now employ's:

• 12 fulltime Paye staff
• 3 parttime Paye staff
• 7 Self Employed staff
• Over 35 checked and approved sub-contractors

Domestic Remedial Repairs, Refurbishment and Landscaping works to 

Estate Agents, Letting Agents and Management Companies who use our

services on a daily basis.

We have over 3000 Written Recommendations from private individual clients

and landlords, as well as approval from some large houshold names (full portfolio

of works available on request).
